Look new to town. Either I walked in on a busy day. Even thou there were only 5 people in the waiting room. Or front staff need more training in customer service and correct imformation. I doubt if I would pay $272. For a Basic medical for an F Endorsement. It's ok I went to a medical center that charged the right price.

Doctor Shady is seriously the best doctor in town- I was referred to him 6 months ago and have not been disappointed! I have also been refer him to my friends, family and clients who need assistance. From all reports, they have been more than happy with his service and professionalism.

This place is a joke. Doctor had no idea what he was doing. The doctor spent more time asking another doctor what to do then he did talking to me. Spent an hour there for a 30 second consultation for my 3 year old boy and the end result was “can’t help you and don’t know who can help you”. Will never go back there again.

I was charged $140 for a long consultation which was 30 minutes late and went for less than 20 mins when I questioned it apparently that's what it is. My consultation was not what I expected and provided absolutely nothing. Never going back there again

Poor service from dr shady. I waited for a very long time with my 2 year old. When we got in it was rushed and he didn’t have any patience when she was upset. She was scared because he pounced on her and scared her. He said that he has other people to see and if we could wait in the waiting room until she’s calmed down. I asked for him as there were good reviews and others said he was good with children.It’s a shame there are no other clinics in south Hedland.

This is going to be a little hefty. Between my partner and I we have not had much luck at this centre over the years. It all boils down to communication, which nobody is competent at here. This is has (and is still currently) adversely affected our health and employment where we have been told one thing by one GP and another by the next. We have arrived for appointments with everything in order, only to be told that something is not current or the advice we previously received was not correct, or never told at all. We have delayed personal events, booked unnecessary treatments/tests and caused too many delays at work because of back and forth visits that amounted to nothing.Don't think that the front admin can get away with it because this is also true for them, where during one visit for quite a serious chest issue my partner was advised that she could not enter the premises. Because of Covid we did all the right things and both called ahead to use the correct avenues and clear this with the reception prior to the visit (we had not left town for over 5 months, and had not left the state since 2019) however upon arrival just days later they would not allow her to enter the centre and was told to remain in the carpark until someone was free. There were no changes to Covid restrictions, it was just how reception felt on the day. The wait was excessive and she could not hold on any longer so had to rush home to use the bathroom in fear of missing her appointment. There are a lot of words I would like to use but atrocious and reprehensible will do. Because she was not allowed in I returned later to pay the bill and asked about what happened and why, where I was given the generic things change daily" and a bit of a "not my problem" attitude.
