What a fantastic tournament this is. A great opportunity to watch and get close to star players. I got autographs easily and found the food stalls very convenient and easy to access.

What a great day out! Assuming you like tennis, that is. This is a top notch-ed organised event, if there is such a word. Public transport (that worked a charm) included in price of tickets, excellent helpful people directing and welcoming visitors to the tennis centre, and efficient security staff who went the extra mile to be friendly and accommodating, all combined to make a wonderful experience. Only negative... food and drink too expensive, but at least you can take your own if you want, unlike Perth RAC Arena which was disastrous.

Great tournament, a worthwhile event to make plans for even if you're out of state or country. This could easily become a 500 level event if they wanted to. Was worried about the parking situation, but taking the train turned out to be very easy and convenient. They did an excellent job providing extra train service. No waiting when emptying the stadium at night - a slower walk in the crowd but the trains were ready to handle the load. Plenty of staff to direct and help people. Many reviews claim there aren't any bad seats in the house. True to some degree, but there is a difference. Seats in the lower 1/3 are more comfortable (cushioned). Also a much more intimate experience in the lower 1/3 compared to the top 1/3. If you're a hard core tennis fan, do what you can to get those seats (buy as soon as they go on sale), but if you can't, you'll be ok.The tournament can do a much better job with concession stands. No tournament souvenirs to buy!? (They're loosing $$$ with that omission). And get tennis vendors onto the property selling tennis gear. Add auctions for tennis memorabilia.I see reviewers complaining that they weren't selling pimms. I say good job!!The less liquor the better. For one session we were seated next to the emirates" section where people were constantly being fed and they had plenty of beer. After two hours there were a couple people who were half drunk. It's very distracting and annoying watching tennis next to such a person. They talk

Ground pass lets you see the action nice and close. Food and drinks a little expensive. All staff were very friendly.

Annual pilgrimage for us. Quality players quality facilities without having to travel to Melbourne for Australian open. Highly recommend. Recommend you park at house within about metres of centre. Only $25 for day. So handy especially when heading home after night session.

Have been going to the Brisbane International every year since its inception in 2009. Have seen some of the top men and women players including Federer and Azarenka. Despite the security measures (checking your bag as you come in) it's a very family oriented day with those not wishing to pay an arm and a leg for the food and drink being sold, bring their own picnic baskets.Travel is made easy as the tickets we buy for the tournament also include bus and train travel. Well organised and a very happy, friendly event.
