Location wise, amazing. Park is a show stopper. But U pretty much pay for the post code. Narrow street, street parking is a joke. And land is overpriced even before you build.

This newly built playground is a must for those whose little ones love being little knights/dragons/princesses and princes. Awesome range of equipment to keep the adults entertained as well. BBQ/picnic area is good sized and there is also a semi gated area for the tiny tots.The sword in the stone can also be found here for those wanting to be King or Queen of Minta Estate.
