Parking can be a problem. The store has a lot of products and low prices. I was after reading glasses and there were plenty to choose from. Service can be slow and staff seem reluctant to help.

Called in while on the way to NSW. A large store, larger than many Reject stores in Melbourne.Great lay-out. A huge array of stock. Excellent customer service, helpful, polite and busy working stocking shelves.Great Christmas gift ideas all throughout the shop.Will definitely return.

Ok, but LOUD music/noise very distracting Staff were happier talking among themselves rather than moving around store offering assistance

Cramped for space, stuff all over floors and staff are lazy and unhelpful. They use stock and put it back on the shelf. Someone asked to use a lighter (not a customer), the staff took it from stock, let the man use it then it was returned to stock. Not ok in my books.

Good sizeable store with many important products. Affordable product prices. Closer to all the supermarkets in the area. Good customer friendly staff at the store helping all the visitors. Easy accessibility for all the cars as it is alongside the main road. Good accessibility for all the wheelchair entrants.
