First time leaving a review but I felt it was absolutely necessary. I had my hair done for the first time at this salon and I am blown away. Kai exceeded all my expectations. He was professional, thorough, talented, and a great laugh to chat with. Hands down the best hair dresser I have found on the Gold Coast since moving here. So thankful I finally found someone who understood what I wanted and did it perfectly. Thanks Kai, can’t wait to be back

Really disappointed. I had been growing my hair for a particular style. Stylist assured me it could be done. Long bob at front. Short at back. After 2.5 hours. Store cut it twice. Manager cut it and it is a short bob. Feel like screaming. They both claim it looks like what I asked for. Everyone I have spoken to says it doesn't. Stay away. These guys have no idea. They either haven't been trained or they are barber's with no clue how to style hair.

I have been going to Marcus and his team for a year now and the service keeps getting better and better . His staff are all meticulous training in hairdressing , they can discuss every aspects of what they are doing and why they are doing it but their customer service skills are also exceptional . They communicate how long they will be and anticipate any delays . I’ve never been sat in my chair wondering how long the service will take or without a drink and a friendly smile . The atmosphere is wonderful . Highly recommend!!

The Staff are great, I was not sure about entering this Salon as I usually just go to a Barber but as I have long hair now I went in and met Jordan who does a fantastic job and doesn't judge me for asking stupid questions. I would recommend anyone to make an appointment.
