God help you if you have to rent off of this company, they do not reply to emails and if you want something to be fix well good luck! They did our final inspection the day before the cut off and expected us to re-clean everything without even 24hrs notice… also to fix things that we had asked them to fix MONTHS ago if not it’s coming out of our bond. Avoid like the plague, highly disappointed and save yourself the nightmare. Would love to rate this company 0 stars if I could.

We needed a place to stay whilst we were buying our 2nd home from Wellington & Reeves in Albany. OUR 2nd HOME purchase through W&R. I thought with the amount of money that was generating for W&R that this would make the rental process as painless as possible. I could not have been more wrongThe rental department is run by an ignorant abrasive bully and her assistant was even more toxic to deal with. Do not walk away, run for the nearest competitor. I know its hard to get rentals in Albany, but avoid these money grubbing stains!I will never use their services" again"
