Awesome place for all your vaping needs,the staff here are very friendly ,professional with so much knowledge and very helpful in there assistance and advice ,there so well priced,with such a huge range of juice flavours and a hell of a lot cheaper than any other place in Newcastle, trust me I've definitely done my home work before purchasing any products,juices etc. Overall a very great bunch of guys,that will cater for all your needs. Will definitely keep going back!

Ordered a vape tank for a friend over in NZ, however when he recieved the package we had discovered that we got sent the wrong tank. Emailed the Steel City team and recieved prompt replies and was able to resolve the situation quickly. They really went above and beyond to help us here and were very understanding of the circumstances. We highly recommend them for any vape related needs and we would like to thank them once again for helping us out!10/10 communication and customer service

Absolutely top level service from Ryan. I inquired about a warranty problem with my device, he provided very prompt and sincere response and went above and beyond to ensure the problem was solved even when he had no obligations to! Definitely recommend Steel City Vapour :)Now I just wish I lived closer to Newcastle to pay a physical visit!

I was admittedly very new to the scene yet as soon as I walked in the door I felt welcome.I was served by Tynan and he was great.Have really good competitive stock you think you would only find online, but not, these guys have them.Prices are fair and they have massive range of juices.Definitely going back for all my vaping needs.

I went to Steel City to buy my first vape to help quit smoking and the guys were so helpful, no pressure, very informative and took all the time I needed to really help me decide what to get and how to use my new vape. Honestly a great business and I will be back!
