Unfortunately my wife and I were the unlucky ones that did not have a good experience with Wilderness Weddings. Our only regret from the whole experience was using their services. We were negatively impacted by the selling of the business which resulted in poor communication, confusion over inclusions, failure to execute instructions, overall mismanagement and elements not being delivered. I feel like my wife could write an essay about all the things that were missed. To make it worse the dealings with staff post wedding have tarnished our memories of what was a momentous occasion.

When we started the wedding planning process we were a bit overwhelmed with the amount of choices and trying to figure out what was really us". That all changed when we met Nat. We instantly clicked and she knew exactly what to ask and recommend to make a day that exceeded our wildest dreams. We had the best time working with Nat and her contacts and our wedding day turned out to be a complete dream."

It's impossible to sum up how grateful I am for Wilderness Weddings Tasmania, especially to Kate! From the moment I contacted her, everything was easy, relaxed, and friendly. Eloping interstate during the pandemic felt like a wild thing to do but Kate made it as simple as possible. Of course we had some bumps along the way, with our celebrant getting stuck in isolation. However, by the time we got off the plane, Kate had already organised a meeting (at 10pm at night, when we arrived at our hotel!), a new celebrant, and eased all our worries. The day itself was everything we wanted it to be, relaxed, laid back, and fun. Everything was taken care of - makeup, hair, photos, food, drinks, National Parks Pass - we didn't have to lift a finger, which meant we could enjoy our day to the fullest. The team worked with us every step of the way to make sure that we were comfortable and happy with the process, and answered the millions of questions that I had along the way. I am not photogenic at all but by some miracle, Kate managed to take many beautiful photos of me and my husband. We were thrilled with how the photos turned out - they perfectly captured our day. I would recommend Wilderness Weddings Tas to anyone and everyone considering a wedding in Tasmania. By the end of our experience with them, they felt like friends <3

Kate has created something special with Wilderness Weddings! She made the entire process of planning our elopement so easy and stress free - just how we wanted it! She introduced us to a world of amazing talent (our celebrant, videographer and hair stylist) and all of them made the day truly unique and so memorable! Kate is an absolute talent behind the camera, she captured every moment like a living memory.

Kate is such a vibrant yet calm human being, and is incredibly talented at what she does. After one zoom meeting - where she read us like a book - she knew exactly which celebrant and HMUA would suit us best. Which for the record, we couldn’t have been happier with. She thinks of absolutely everything and is especially organised, leaving you with nothing to stress about.As well as organising our elopement, Kate was also our photographer for the day and we couldn’t be more thrilled with how the photographs turned out.To put it simply, Wilderness Weddings made planning our elopement an effortless and joyous occasion.
