After being given 6 phone numbers to call regarding my HP 12c calculator thanks for finally cutting me off. Worst service ever!

Its easy for us to get angry and take our frustrations out on companies that stuff up but how many of us give positive feedback when companies get it right? Well, I would like to. My HP Spectre was playing up so I contacted HP. The next day they collected my pc, sent it to the repair centre, fixed the problem, also found an expensive non warranty issue, fixed that too, and the sent it back to me the next day. Have been in the support industry for over 20 years. For me, its rare to see this level of service in a large company. Well done HP., truly grateful for your fantastic service.

Is this were i learn more about lenovo personal computers and the manufacturing costs, inclusive of australian taxation office government legal infrastrucfure guidelines.Is the australian taxation office act applicable to the manafucturing costs of a product such as lenovo computers within australia.Is lenovo computers similar to hp computers are hewlett packard computers built by the same design as lenovo.What country have the computer parts been purchased for these different brands and what cost is australian clients paying for this type of product.What profit margins are associated with the hewllet packard and lenovo products.These products are they built to the australian specified standards and do they utilise resources constructively?

I rang with a query. They were rude and couldn’t help. They at least tried to put me through to “spare parts”. The “spare parts department” hung up on me almost straight away. I called back and asked to go to “spare parts” again, they put me through and this “department” hung up on me again. I called the main number twice more and this time THEY hung up on me, twice - the second time redirecting me to a voicemail. This is all at 1:30pm on a Tuesday (part of their opening hours). If this isn’t a 1star customer service, I don’t know what is. Perhaps I won’t buy another HP - they are slow as hell anyway.

seriously, what is the point of having a big showroom in the centre of the cbd if it's a reseller showroom? went hoping for accessories for hp spectre tablet (a very nice bit of kit fyi) and got knocked back at the door.

One of the worst experiences I've ever dealt with. There is a complete lack of service, the team haven't fixed the issue and only respond once chased. HP is one of the worst brands and I can't so loud enough how much you should avoid this brand at all costs

I have wasted more hours of my life 'looking to connect' to a HP printer I'm sitting right next to than any other menial task. It is quicker to just draw it by hand than hope one of HPs products will print it.

Ordered a PC online. Delivered late. faulty unit and replacement will take another few weeks now. HP technician already had a look through vide call and confirmed that delivered faulty. Rather than just sending another unit, they will get the returned unit first and recheck it and then send another one. What a disgrace. No one is really worried about the Hassell as a consumer you have to go through. I would keep myself to Dell going forward.

I called their HP office number, but they didn't pick up my phone call
