Very disappointed. Was very happy with initial interaction, however from delivery onwards was an issue. We ordered an ADP Courage Basin and vanity. It turned out the holes for taps were incorrectly placed; that was fixed. Then the plug and waste was the incorrect size; that was rectified. The order was placed 14th of Feb and wasn't delivered until March, when the Covid lockdown had happened. We live in the country, and the basin and vanity were picked up and installed by a tradesman in a house in Hobart. We did not see the unit until it was installed. We ordered a gloss basin and vanity; the order confirmation unfortunately only states a 'basin' was ordered, but does indicate a gloss vanity. A matt basin has been installed with a gloss vanity. When this was brought to West Hobart Plumbings notice they stated we must have ordered a matt basin, even though they do not quibble with the fact we ordered a gloss vanity. When we pointed out the incorrect tap holes, and the incorrect plug drain, they however do not seem to think they could have made a third error. An email dated 05/05/2020 signs off ... I will contact you again." It is now 12/06/20 we have not heard from them and the problem has not been rectified."

Have really bought some very wonderful products and fittings during my 10 year Owner Builder Chore. I am most pleased with your product know how and friendly staff.I was wondering if you have a shop model of a free standing 'egg' shaped bath, do you have one in the store? I need one for around the $600 mark and if there is a blemish on it I will turn a blind eye! They ordered a completely different model shower base to the one we asked for. They ordered a different colour vanity unit to the one we asked for. They asked us if we wanted a chrome or black waste plug for the vanity so we asked for chrome. They amended the order to remove the waste plug completely so when the vanity arrived someone had to make an extra trip into their store to be given a budget brand waste plug with the brand name embossed on it. They told us items would be in store by a certain date when they already knew the items would only be in Melbourne. No explanations. No apology. Can't recommend them and won't go back there again. Giving them one star because giving no stars is not an option.
