Disgraceful service.I went to buy a Compressor for my 4x4.The Indian Guy wasn't interested in helping me.He showed me where to find them.I had unanswered questions.He walked off to the counter & goton his computer...So I walked out...Supercheap Autos is definitely the only place to shop.. So they got my $$$

Took our car to have a look at the air conditioner. They were very professional, even though we did not get it fixed, as it was needing a new compressor and they are very expensive to fix. But they checked it properly. And their quote was a lot cheaper than another auto place we took it too. Would go back to them for a service always. Thank you for all that you did for us this morning.

Went in to pick up my click and collect I waited in line then was asked to stand to the side while the staff proceeded to serve the next 15 people. Poor service choose a different store

I really wanted to like this place. It is big and open and never busy. It's great for just wondering around and looking at all your options however,Recently went in with a larger order and they barely had half the products their website would suggest they have. So I put in a back order, it's now been over 2 weeks and I still have yet to receive my items. What's the point of having a physical store if u don't keep it stocked, it wldve been cheaper and faster if I had I just gone online or to the far busier super cheap down the road.Once I get my items, I won't be shopping w them again.

Just been told by Autobarn, for warranty items, the customer needs to go directly to the supplier however; if Autobarn were to process the warranty; the process could take up to 2 years.The Autobarn representative also pointed out that the 14 day policy on the reverse of the receipt supersedes Australian Consumer Law.This is after contacting Autobarn Corporate and escalated it through to the appropriate management teams.Be very cautious if you are considering purchasing from Autobarn.

Staff at Cannington store were very helpful with my Rhino Rack selection and fitting - Bradley provided great customer service. I need to remember to use these guys more often.
