Great service, so polite and did it cheap even though it was in the Christmas holidays we were not overcharged. Appreciated with from the depths of our hearts. Such a poor and bad experience had to cancel order after waiting 10 weeks for a shower screen. Lots of promises and excuses but never came to measure up, take deposit or follow up on installation date. Wouldn't recommend

Two appointments with this guy to fit a shower screen, failed to arrive two consecutive days with text message excuses just a few minutes prior to appointment time that he was called to emergency work. Once (Friday) was bad enough but two times in a row (same lame last minute excuse 8 minutes before the time he knew I would be leaving the job) was just downright inconsiderate and unprofessional! Especially as I texted at 6.30 a.m. to confirm my arrival and departure time. No excuse for failure to contact me earlier.If he is that untrustworthy about appointments what would he do on arrival I wonder? Glad he revealed himself before letting him commence an installation.
