Absolute nightmare experience with these people. Worst I’ve been treated in any industry matter of fact. They’ll keep you waiting forever unless you call them every week. Heads up on Paul, I don’t recommend you speaking with him unless you’re there to make his job easier. Feels like if you don’t have a mega job for them, they wouldn’t care less your experience

I would highly recommend Paul and his team. They are very courteous and knowledgeable and were able (and happy) to answer all of my questions. The GVM upgrade was done as scheduled and a courtesy car was available for me. I can't speak highly enough of my experience. Well done Paul!

Fantastic experience thus far dealing with Paul and Carmel. They're a family owned business that are fortunate to have plenty of work and offer quite a good product and service.

Came here for some wheels for my ute and had a great experience. They were the only business that actually listened to me and got me the wheels I wanted. They gave me a good price and fitted them pretty quick.I'll be back when I need the towbar fitted in the near future. Thanks for the awesome service Paul.

Brilliant Service. Extremely knowledgeable and detailed advice. They sorted out the otherwise great Iron Man suspension upgrades that were fitted very poorly and incompletely by a less than professional local competitor. Prices are very reasonable considering the added value that they will spend as much time with you as necessary to get the job done right the first time. There were no surprises except maybe when the bill was handed over to me. I was expecting to be shoveling out more than they charged me for a great job. Absolutely do not go anywhere else for your 4x4.

Outstanding service. Paul and the team can do it all from 4x4 accessory installs, suspension and GVM packages, full mechanical works and auto electrical (and im sure Ive missed some). Paul has a wealth of knowledge of all 4x4’s and deals with all the reputable suppliers. They have kitted out my 79 series Landcruiser with: Complete Lift kit, wheels and tyres, all mechanical works including a new heavy duty clutch, sound deadening of the interior and new centre console. I could not be happier with the workmanship and service.

Don't get any mechanical repairs undertaken at this place. They don't want to know you when they stuff up your gearbox. Absolute disgraceful how they don't give a dam after taking your hard earned. Happy to go into detail if you pm me.

I had a pretty disappointing experience back in 2019. I went to them as at the time they were the only supplier of the AFN bullbar that I wanted for my brand new vehicle. I paid the deposit a couple of months out from delivery and was assured that they had what I wanted in stock only to see a different and what I consider, inferior product to my vehicle on delivery. Disappointed I was assured that they’d made a mistake re stock levels and that they would replace it, anyway months dragged on with no response. Eventually settling on a snorkel as recompense but was still required to pay the nominal difference. One may be forgiven for thinking that as a good gesture they may have waived it. I guess my version of keeping the customer happy under the circumstances was different to theirs at the time. It’s been several years and I still feel let down, annoyed and disappointed by my experience and expectations. As a customer you may have to be more diligent in order to get what you want and truly satisfied with the end result, after all ... it’s a big investment. Additionally I also have had continuous issues with the globes in the fitted accessory. Finally in saying all of the above it annoys me when I can’t post a good review especially for a small business, as I really want to support small business in general, but at the end of the day I for one will not go back.

Excellent service. Had a bullbar, winch and snorkle installed. Had abit of vibration thereafter. They asked me bring it in next day and fixed it all up. Unlike other mechanics they didnt brush it off and delay me. I knew they were under pump too. Hard to find decent mechanics like these guys who are ethically sound and focused on customer satisfaction.
