I attended the 1 day workshop and was blown away at just how good the content, instruction and mentoring was. Heather made everyone in the group feel like they could achieve great things!Throughout the workshop we all received hands on guidance suitable to our individual needs for each of the poses along with great explanations of how, when and why the poses are important in everyday life.I would recommend taking time out of your busy life to attend the next workshop offered by Maroochydore Yoga Centre!Frankie, Maroochydore
