Spotlight Belrose

Purchased a few cricut machines from here due to the amazing knowledge and service received by Annette on answer all my questions on whether it would be suitable for my intent. She truly was amazing with my experience nicely rounded out by the great friendly services received by Edward signing up and checking.out. great job team and thank you.

Friendly and helpful staff. We were looking for upholstery fabric but their stock was a little low. The staff member suggested we shop on line or try a different store. Probably won't happen as Belrose store is far and away the closest to us.Will probably return in a few weeks and check again otherwise will shop elsewhere.

Large store with loads of product. Staff were helpful.

Not many Spotlight stores left. I'm grateful this one is still here. Hasb so many good items. Craft, seeing, homeware and lots more.Located in a great homeware shopping centre. Has everything. Easy to access and also close to Bunnings.

I would discourage people to shop from this store. My very recent experience with this store has been so disappointing. Especially the staff there do not know how to deal with the customer. “The sewing machine I bought is not replaceable” is what the staff told me where as the fabric I bought is replaceable. What if the fabric is already been cut out? Is that really replaceable? So, my question is, how could a customer know if the sewing machine works fine without using it in the first hand after buying. I know keeping all the package in good condition ,which I did.Kindly, train your staffs and make them professional. It is always important to explain the policy of your store prior to selling any of your products.

Ordered made to measure curtains with a specific fabric I wanted. Order was placed and almost immediately received an email saying the fabric is out of stock for 4 weeks. After 4 weeks I followed up and had no response for a week. Followed up again and through text message was told the fabric was out of stock until 16 June. Something seemed off so I phoned the fabric supplier myself. They told me the fabric is not out of stock and that they don't supply to spotlight. The supplier obviously then phoned spotlight and then suddenly I got a call from Spotlight. Saying that they have just found out they cant offer that fabric and they had no idea about this. She basically blamed the whole thing on the fabric supplier but she should of known that it's not a product they can offer if she actually spoke to the supplier. So after 6 weeks, no curtains and now waiting for a refund. Such poor service. I won't be using them again.

Can be quite expensive at times, but they have clearances occasionally. They do have a large variety of textiles materials, art and craft, knitting materials and tools, etc. The location is quite isolated and there are home items, kitchenwares, furniture stores in the centre (harvey norman, jbhifi, adairs) However, if you are looking for clothing, they don't have any stores for that near by.

The lines in the store are a bit long, it seems a bit understaffed. The lady at the counter was a bit stressed and maybe cause of that not to friendly when we asked for directions. On the other hand they have a lot of products

I repair musical instruments so am constantly using polishing cloths like micro fibre fabrics. So as they are getting more expensive and I use so many of them, I decided to but a few metres of fabric, and of course Spotlight has such a huge range to buy an by the metre at good prices.Of course I found what I wanted and at about a quarter of the cost of the packs of micro fibre or toweling, so out with the scissors when I got home and job done. My previous trip to spotlight I purchased just the right Velcro for instrument cases, and some vinyl cloth to repair a flute case, so think outside the circle, and go to spotlight.
