Great value dog wash! $10 to self wash our dog, it’s amazing value! Shampoo, conditioner, flea treatment and blow dry. I paid $50 plus for a mobile dog wash to do the same! Thanks petbarn you have given us yet another reason to visit your store, we will be back that’s for sure

I have always enjoyed going to this Pet Barn. Today I took my almost 1 year old cavoodle in and the staff were just so lovely. They were so nice to my dog and helping me with a toy by cutting the tags off when my hands were full and she wanted the toy.My puppy also had an accident in store which I felt terrible about and the staff member was so incredibly nice about it. I wish I thanked them all more. It’s so nice going to places and getting above and beyond service.

Love these guys, they're so helpful and try to give knowledge that is going to best suit the needs and wants of your pets, I got a kitten from there and the next time I went in everyone was asking how he's went adjusting to his new home. I can't fault this place or the workers <3 10/10 work Ladies and Gents

My wife and I shop here on a regular basis and staff are friendly and helpful. Today we were served by the assistant store manager" . A word of advice for you and YOUR manager. Try curbing your bad attitude when talking to customers and it's never a good idea to arrogantly talk over top of them while they are asking a valid question. Not all husbands will be as patient as I was. And I'm not always with my wife. Do better pal or maybe a different type of work."

Found everything we were wanting and the store was very neat and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful and at the checkout the operator said I had a $20 voucher on my account plus the reductions for being a member.

A very large display with heaps of products and food for all types of animals and pets. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I found them knowledgeable and eager to please. I was looking for chlorine neutralisers and it was so convenient they were open late on Thursdays.
