Staff went above and beyond to help us today. We had some problems returning some items (our fault) but the staff were unbelievably helpful, making phone calls and organising couriers on our behalf and helping us repackage. Thank you so much for your help!

I visited this branch on Thursday and was greeted by Daniel who was very polite and helpful, he took extra effort in helping me sort the right storage for my things. Great customer service would recommend!

I always choose returning and picking up my parcels from here if there is the option to - rarely a queue and the staff are so polite and and helpful. I had lost the returns package and the lovely lady on the counter went out of her way to find me an unused box to return my item in, along with packaging it up.Thanks so much!

There are literally five or six dedicated customer parking spaces on site and the staff allow contractors to use them for hours at a time. Also some of these parking spaces aren’t real parking spaces it’s a pseudo driveway that you have to reverse onto a busy street to leave from and you park one behind the other and hope the person behind you doesn’t take too long. The premises is located on an extremely busy corner so if you go there at the wrong time, getting in and out is a pain, even if you aren’t parked in the reverse-out-only driveway. Only one old-fashioned lift that is a bit of a safety hazard is available so if your storage locker is on the second or third floor it is difficult to get there. Fees were increased several times over the years of renting for no real reason so prices are not reasonable. You’re better off going to the Kennards a few minutes up the road at Newstead. At least it is easier to find a parking space.

Grace is very nice and amazingly helpful. Have been using the service here for a while and just love chatting with the staff here. The facility is also very easily accessible if not rush hours where there are many cars passing by and no car park. However, no issues since staying here. Thanks
