Kajal is someone really good at doing the eyebrows. I didn’t even felt pain and it was really quick

I went to this place just yesterday (08/02/2023) to get my full face threading done and I clearly told her not to use any wax because I’m on medication, it has made my skin way more sensitive and thin. This lady used wax on my chin area even when I have CLEARLY told her NOT TO! I couldn’t stop her because she put it on my face real quick even before I refuse it. It took my skin off and it’s painful and stinging now. Also she did my eyebrows and that’s uneven as well. Train your staff for the god’s sake cause we aren’t here for free! We pay for the service we receive. I won’t recommend this place to anybody.

Pretty disappointed. Advertising 9am opening so I came at 9 as my schedule is pretty busy and it was a loss a time. They were closed !Please change your opening hours on Google so you’re not wasting people time.Won’t come back.

Definitely not worth it. The staff at the chadstone store is the most non welcoming and uninterested. Not a good experience getting my legs waxed. Untidy work and they were not bothered about my concerns, wouldn’t pay half the money for such a service again. The head office should look into it! Thank you

I had worst worst experience at this place, I could’ve read the reviews before going there.This girl I don’t know her name ruined my eyebrows, in starting I explained her how I want it and what not to do. She did totally opposite and not admitting that she did anything wrong, she made them very thin and uneven and to correct it she made them more worse, she literally said to me “you came here for threading so I have to remove your hair if not then why you came here”.If you not doing your job good, behave good. I literally didn’t want to pay anything for this awful service, this was my first and last time there, I would not recommend to anyone specially for threading. Shameful they’ve this bad service place at Chadstone shopping centre.

This place was HORRIBLE! I went in for a basic brow thread and tint along with a lash tint. Not only was the lady extremely rude, but I was in burning pain the whole time, and I was then charged $55 for what I would usually pay $30 tops for at much better salons who actually do a good job! Will never go again

I really wanted to get Brow lamination done so I wanted to go anywhere. I read the comments before I selected this shop.Went in to get my brow done, it only took 30 seconds that I said wait not by her not here. I felt very uncomfortable and I thought she will ruin my eyebrows.

First time customer. Threading was so painful first time ever I've felt so much pain I was crying the the lady didn’t listen to what I wanted and made my eyebrows so skinny and uneven she smelt of bad odour please use some perfume worst experience do not go here and it’s so over priced for such .
