I would rate this place a 0 if I could. How bad is it when you have to go down and rescue your upset mother because she has a flat tyre on her push bike due to not being able to drive a car because of medical reason and she tells you that she went in and asked the man behind the counter for help with the air pump and all she got back was abuse about the air pump is not to be used for bikes! Absolutely disgusted with Caltex and this is why I use BP and will continue to use BP. For the man that spoke to my mother you should be ashamed of yourself just purely for your customer service skills!

Easy to drive around weather you are getting gas, petrol, food/ drink or putting air in your tires, there is plenty of room. I find the staff very friendly and helpful. Open 24hours.

Can't complain, attendant was friendly, was 12pm no traffic had the place to myself, great that they offer fuel so late most servos are closed.
