Best place ,friendly staff ,best shop in woodgrove!!

Staff are very friendly and helpful.

To say i’m angry and frustrated is an understatement. I went into this shop that i go to regularly just to be humiliated and character defamed by the OWNER of this store. i walked out to which they saw an item i previously bought at another store for the OWNER to tell me i’m stealing as she takes the item from me. Telling me that it’s scanning that it’s from her store and telling me infront of all these customers i took it. i grab the receipt showing that it’s from another store completely as the OWNER keeps analysing the receipt. it literally says what store it’s from ? it also says the time. It says the exact item that it is and she still is trying to make a point that it’s from her store. At this point i eventually get the item back and i’m so frustrated and upset. i asked to speak to someone higher which was when i was told that this behaviour was from the owner. i’m absolutely disgusted. after proof of where it’s from and even offering to show bank transactions i was still humiliated infront of a store full of customers. disgusting. check the cameras next time if you’re going to start accusing a regular customer that they stole something when there’s proof. I left feeling so upset and hurt from this encounter!

Looked everywhere for refil leads, this shop actually had some. Nice staff helped a lot. One day perhaps I could buy a winning tattslotto ticket as well.

A positive vibe to the new owners for trying to be the best in the west.
