Had such a great experience! Danielle Ryder did my microdermabrasion, only my second time doing it and reassured and very great service! Already thinking about when my next booking is because I loved it!

Everytime I know I have a laser appointment I end up really looking forward to it. Soha has an infectious strength in building client relationships, which makes me only want to ever go to silk laser Glenelg. The relationship building makes me so comfortable and the experience becomes very fun, and makes me so happy when I leave. She also makes sure to educate me about the laser process and how to use products. She always tells me when sales are on, to which I always make sure to purchase on time. The importance of customer service is so vital when we as customers feel so vulnerable at times, Soha really knows how to put me as ease and always ensures to do her best work.

Visited Glenelg store Nurse Emma, she was so understanding and professional. Made me feel so comfortable and knew exactly what I wanted done. Will always be seeing her now. Also spoke with Soha who was very helpful and accomodating in finding a time that suited me for an appointment :)

Always such a beautiful experience at the Glenelg clinic, the receptionists are welcoming and lovely, it's always a nice vibe to come in to. Renae is amazing, I always book with her for any of my treatments because she makes me feel comfortable, she's caring and really easy to talk to and have a laugh - so nice to be able to come in and just really enjoy the treatments with someone who I can trust.
