Very unhappy, I’ve got a great phone, but was sold the wrong watch for my needs. If I was explained the pros and cons of the different watches, I would’ve got the expensive one with the cellular. It felt he had a agenda to sell me that watch.

Telstra stores actually can’t do anything. All they can do it sell you a plan. They’re will advise you contact them through their app. Literally they have no power in store, then you’ll speak to someone you can barley understand and is on a script, and gets scared when they are drawn off script

I dropped in this store yesterday 5 minutes before the store closed. Greg was happy to assist me to setup a new mobile plan, he offered to redeem a battery bank + speaker using my Telstra points. I was very happy with the service and customer focus delivered by Greg. Well done

Look for and ask for Benjamin! Cannot fault his service, advice and knowledge. If you got issues requiring resolving, this gentleman will give you his full undivided attention. Great work!! The team he works with are also wonderful!! Be nice to these guys….they’re there to help. Well done Telstra!!

The worst customer service you can have.My family are visiting Aus, they bought a Telstra sim from woolies which was not working. We went into the store for help.The man who served us had the worst attitude. Threw the SIM cards on the table, said we bought the wrong ones (we didn’t).He snatched our passports from us. He had horrible attitude the whole time. The stare/look he would give made us feel so uncomfortable. Will never go to this store again.
