Poor customer servicesOn the phone, Maria asked me to email my details to her and someone will follow up for measure and quote.I chased them 3 times over 4 weeks via email with no reply.I got fed up and took my business to their competitors at B&W Windows and they did a great job.$10k+ well spent on their competitors!

I visited rainbow today to discuss the windows I needed for my renovation. Maria was outstanding. She gave me fantastic advice and helped me work out exactly what I needed to include in the quote. Her knowledge about windows was impressive and she was really patient. I was there for over 2 and a half hours and nothing was too much trouble.

The receptionist Maria was extremely rude and condescending. They were helpful until it came time to take our deposit and I had to chase them for weeks just to find out how to pay. When I couldn’t get in contact with them for weeks and Maria finally answered the phone she asked if I was “sure” I tried to contact them.Upon arriving at their building I thought that it was an abandoned lot. The building looked like it was falling apart, there were pieces of metal and timber everywhere and the inside looked horrendous until you went upstairs. Their products looked poorly constructed with scratches and not the best quality.It seems that they weren’t interested as our order was “small” compared to others who order an entire house worth of products from them. If you only need a couple of doors and windows they’ll pretty much ignore you and keep pushing back the production date to service clients buying more products.You can get better quality and better service elsewhere!

Very rude staffs I was quoted a price, however when it was time to pay. I was told another. Even though it was a small amount, it is unethical. I went to Norman Glazing instead and got a better deal and services. The sliding doors qualities are amazing. The reveals came pre-installed, unlike Rainbow's.

Receptionist is rude and basicly has no customer service skills. Every Windows was scratched both glass and aluminium. Dont trust their time frames as ours was weeks over. Dealing with Maria is like slowly dipping your finger in boiling water the longer you have to do it the more painful it gets. Was told windows didn't include facias but what maria really meant was windows don't come with flashing making their product expensive and poor quality. Steer clear.

The staff at Rainbow windows were very helpful. I wasn't sure what type of window I wanted and Robert showed me the different types and explained the benefits of each. I went with a frame less window in the kitchen over a servery and it looks fabulous. The price was great and I am happy with the quality.

This old lady needs some customer service courses .she is so rude . I have a husky voice I lost my voice in a car accident. She was laughing at my voice ...... I asked her if I can get my order faster than 7 days she said .did you want it yesterday......you so lucky because my parents teach me how to respect elderly. Shame on you when you laugh at disable people......

These guys are Amazing. Really helped me out with a sliding door, Great price and customer serviceRob and Maria have exceeded my expectations,Maria gave me a courtesy call to let me know delivery would be early.Rob delivered promptly within the hour.Highly recommended Rainbow windows.Thank you so much.
