Lisa Bright is the best property manager I've had the privilege of working with in my 35 years of owning rental properties. Lisa genuinely cares about you as an individual and manages to walk the tightrope between meeting my needs as a landlord and those of the tenant, with grace and professionalism. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Lisa. She's prompt and efficient and genuinely has everyone's best interest at heart. She has helped me negotiate some pretty difficult issues with tenants, taking all the stress out of it. Thank you Lisa you're a rare gem!

Love and recommend Coronis mainly for [though not limited to] the following reasons: Our property manager is kind, friendly and caring - anything we bring up and she's on it asap. Our privacy is respected, for instance, house inspections are efficient, non-disruptive, non-invasive yet always thorough and friendly. All rental costs are fair and affordable and have remained fixed for close to five years. Any issues like plumbing that arise on the rental property are swiftly addressed without delay or us being hassled. Really, with Coronis you don't feel like you are renting instead you feel like you're in your own home - they don't stress you out. Its their calibre of property managers I think. Top class.

Katie was very friendly, insightful and professional when she did a valuation on our home. She did thorough research on the area and advised we could get more than she anticipated when she viewed our home in person. She offered a potential sale price but also advised us on possible rent value. While we did not go ahead with putting our home on the market we can see she is having great success selling multiple properties in our estate alone. We would certainly choose Katie as our Realtor once we are ready to sell.

Coronis and staff, esp Jackson ORAN, have exceeded our expectations to bring two house sales to a quick conclusion (bearing circumstances outside their control - severe weather and building contractors). They may have a third house to sell in te future.
