Definitive Car Detailing

This my third car with Frank. He never disappoints. Did a lot of extras at no charge. Explained the product and the process in detail. Highly recommended.

Frank is really skilled. He assessed my car honestly and recommended a coating based on how often I wash my car and where I park it. I recommend Frank as he also corrects problematic areas from the factory.

There are not enough stars here to give Frank the credit he deserves. I bought my car brand new and got it BRILA Paint Protected after 5 years. When Frank had finished with the car, it looked better than it did in the showroom. Apart from the unbelievable quality, Frank was clearly a very honest, diligent and good man. I appreciated his depth of knowledge, his thoroughness and his professionalism. Would gladly recommend to anyone :)

Frank is Amazing!!!! I took my 7y/o navy blue BMW to him last week, the paintwork was severely dull and lacklustre. When I returned the next day it looked like a brand new car!!!! I am happy with the paint protection (Brila Premium Body Glass Coating) for my F87 M2 (Long Beach Blue) last week. Frank is such a nice guy. He is patient and always happy to answer any questions customers have regarding paint, paint protection. I asked many questions regarding the process, details about the paint protection, even how to properly wash cars, all nicely answered.BTW: It turned out that the previous owner put clear protection films (track pack?) on the front bumper, engine bonnet, rear view mirrors and side skirts, Frank told me how to take care of those and what to do if they fall off over time. The body glass coating can still be applied on top of those films (not too sure about how long they will last and the difference though).I highly recommend Definitive Car Detailing to car enthusiasts (I believe it is already one of the best in Sydney by word of mouth).

I would highly recommend Frank to anyone seeking their car to be detailed. Likewise with many of the comments here, my Honda CRV looks much much much better after the BRILA Liquid Glass Paint Protection Treatment by Definitive Car Detailing than when I picked it up from the dealers the day before. Frank is super professional, detail oriented, and top bloke all through out.

Frank is a true gentlemen who takes pride in what he does, and is passionate about his workmanship! Frank accessed my driving habits, cleaning regiment, how the car is parked, and then provided his recommendation of what type of products externally and internally he recommends. Frank explained the details of the car manufacture's paint process, and I never felt he pushed me towards any direction. 2 months in, the car looks brand new inside and out and I have recommended Frank to everyone I know.Thank you mate for an amazing job!

Amazing service. Frank was fantastic explaning all the products and characteristics, always made time and have recommended him to everyone I know. Frank did a great job, attention to details, thank you! My 6 months old car got earlier this week the self healing 3 layer protection and it looks better than when I got it brand new, even after the rain. Frank replied quickly on the weekend and took his time to explain all the options. Highly recommend Definitive Car detailing services.

I Don't recommend Frank and his work at all. Did not want to take ownership of poor preparation and quality of workmanship. Despite the numerous photo evidence and feedback of the product he incorrectly applied (spray gun) to a poorly prepped paint surface and was not authorised to use the Opti-Coat product. Frank only offered a 20% refund or to reapply the coating only to the front of my car despite other areas having issues. I've since corrected the pain on my car myself and a $30 paint sealant is doing a much better job than his incorrect rushed techniques ever did. See the photos on the day I collected my car from Frank. Still refuses to provide me a refund. I guess the universe will sort it out.
