Barbeques Galore Coffs Harbour

Visited the Coffs Harbour store yesterday, exceptional service from Jacob. Polite, friendly and efficient- a credit to his employers. Will be back.

Jacob was an absolute legend. Came in to buy barbecue sauce, ended up buying a furniture setting & smoker! Great salesman, excellent service.

Parking was easy, great staff knowledge, had stock on hand, including extras, price and quality of goods was terrific (bought a Ziggy) and very helpful with loading all of our purchases into our car. Recommended!

Wow what can I say except how amazing the service I received was at this store. I wanted to buy a Ziggy and this young man Jacob was incredible, he explained everything to me thoroughly and always had a smile on his face. If I need anything in future I’ll definitely be asking for Jacob again, this man needs a raise!

Just had an excellent experience with the customer service in store today. I had an issue, Hannah and the team smashed it out the park. It's no nonsense interactions like this that keep you coming back. Anyone can sell you something, real businesses maintain that relationship through true customer service.

Apparently they will not refill a gas bottle unless It's a fine sunny day ! ". It was only drizzling outside. Went elsewhere where they were quite happy to do it. Regret spending hundreds of dollars on my BBQ at this place. i was looking at buying some accessories for my BBQ while i waited

I have emailed this store and customer service fir BBQ Galore and have received no response to the way I was treated to by a Manager Sonetta. I have never seen a Manger who -A- Did not know what she was doing she had to ask junior staff to show how to look our quote on computer and then when we came to collect our BBQ she wanted to charge us Full Price because she did not know how to look up where we had paid a deposit.B- Sonetta then would not realese our BBQ to us until I paid more than I we were owe to the store even though I could she her the email I had from the store saying how much I paid and what final payment was.We spent over $4500 with this store. Know one has returned my calls or my emails.I have since told everyone not to go to this store.We need another part for our BBQ but will not be going here. To be honest 1 star is one to many.

Brilliant customer service by Jacob, Coffs Harbour Store. After being told that we were unable to purchase an outdoor setting, due to low stock. This young man went above and beyond with his customercare and assistance to organise our purchase. Having trained customercare myself, I cannot recommend Jacob enough for his fantastic, beautiful manners and outstanding customer service. An absolute delight and I have recommended this company to multiple friends and family. Jacob management should promote you, for your outstanding effort.
