Lumus Imaging Broadmeadows

I came in for a scan and checked-in at the main entrance but the person at the check in did not ask me to wear a mask and sent me off to the imaging area. Upon arrival, the receptionist questioned whether I checked in and rather rudely pinched and mask and wiggled it instead of using words. I said I was not instructed to wear a mask. She acted as if I was lying and took my referral form to the main check in person who said that I REFUSED to wear a mask. That type of service is abominable and should be improved. I never have issues with following mask rules as long as I am informed what those are.

Evet and Christine were absolutely fantastic made me feel like I was in first class serviceWaiting time was only 10mins without a appointment I'm extremely lucky especially during this busy time at hospitals

I attended the imaging this morning and the receptionist has no customer service skills and rude.
