We have a commercial business in western Sydney that originally required the installation of a pool heater. Ben Air did the original installation some 15 years ago. We have recently renovated our facility, and have had Ben Air install a further 3 serious air conditioning units. Neb, the owner was truly professional, on time, and even cleaned up after the install. It is great to see a business survive for so long, and it is not surprising as his service has been outstanding. We contacted the office prior to Xmas was told that when they open back up early Jan they would contact us... no one did so we called them again still no one came to quote third time we called we waited three days later a man called said he would get someone out that arvo from Bomaderry to come out mmmmmmm one week on still no one has come out.....my wife Anne called them again this week asked to speak to the manager mmmmm funny he wasn’t available but female person said she would make a note as my wife also said we had sent many messages via their website , the person on the phone said she would get the manager to call us well four days on and NO CALLS from this business.Wouldn’t recommend them at all very very poor customer service obviously they don’t want the work ...Will keep our money local and in our town .....lesson learnt.
