My daughter and I went today for eyebrow wax. We had them done by different staff. My daughters eyebrows look great and the staff member was friendly and thorough. My eyebrows are so thin and have no shape. I am so disappointed.

Firstly the prices are higher i the than what is shown on the website and on the digital screen. You only find out at the till or unless to read the paper stuck to a side of the POS area.Regarding the service, I understand a business based in customer turnaround, but I still expect the job to be done. Alas I am finishing the job at home.

Sharing on a friends account because I don’t have one. I’m really disappointed in the service I received here. I booked in for an eyebrow wax. Usually I go to Ella Bache but they were booked out, so I thought I’d give here ago and sadly, I won’t be back. The lady took me into the room and I’m used to my eyebrow being prepped before the therapist asking me what style I want, whether I want the tops waxed etc (this is what Ella Bache does). This didn’t happen. The girl went straight in with wax between my brow and the top. She made my brows so thin and the gap between my brows so big, I can’t even look at myself. I’m so shocked that I wasn’t even asked what I wanted beforehand and by the time she had started it was too late. Please educate your staff, this will take me so long to grow back.

I visited LWW at pacific fair for a half leg wax last week bc I’m 38 weeks pregnant and can’t reach myself. The lady missed numerous patches of hair on the backs of my legs, my feet and toes. I usually go to Brazilian butterfly and pay a bit extra (I was trying to save $$) but god BB do a much better job. I should have paid the extra 10 odd dollarsTerrible experience. Won’t be going back.

Iv had some really good experiences here. This week though. I booked in for a facial and laser hair removal. The lady didn’t take my number. I drove two hours to get there only to be turned away because the beautician had an emergency. There was only one other staff member. Even though it was highly inconvenient, I graciously made another appointment two days later. Only for the lady to have booked me in the wrong week. Then when I went in, the first lady I spoke to was extremely rude and unprofessional. After I asked to speak to someone in charge, I spoke to someone else and she put me in 3 hours later and gave me the facial for free. Plus a voucher for laser at the value of my booking and extra. The way she handled the situation was highly professional. She was very lovely during the facial. Gave the full service and was very understanding I’d travelled 8 hours to get there and back twice in total. Their staff members definitely need it be trained more in taking bookings properly, learning to work under pressure, be understanding to customers when other staff members make mistakes and have a plan in place when covering staff members. What happened was no one’s fault but it was handled terribly clearly due to lack of management and training.

Myself DK, I booked for full body wax. At the time of booking, I asked if they can provide services to the big body and sensitive skin body type and on telephonic conversation they committed that all type of skin and all type of bodies are welcomed. I thought they are experts in waxing, so I went there. I had an awful experience. The therapist was Fiji Indian girl, she didn't even introduced herself and took me to the room for service . I informed her about my skin as I wanted to be sure that therapist should be aware ahead of giving serve. She asked me that do I want my eyebrows waxed or threaded. I said whatever is comfortable for her as she is the expert. While threading she bruised my eyebrow and it bleed, I still have the scar as shown in picture. Then she completely denied to wax my body and told me that I will get bruise as I have sensitive skin and didn't even consulted her senior or anyone else who is better than her. It is shame that she didn't even felt need to consult other seniors and told me that Laser is the option. I will never ever go again. After that I went to Shrungaar (another beauty salon in Pacific fair shopping centre) the therapist provided me full body waxing without a single bruise. The owner should look into this matter. Thank you.

I had a Brazilian wax at Leah’s last weekend.I have been severely burned & skin ripped off. I went to the doctor today and they’ve given me cream & antibiotics. I cannot walk & I’m in so much pain. I have received Brazilian waxes for over 10 years at other salons & I’ve never had this problem before. Your staff need to be well trained on how to wax delicate areas. Not happy, I will never return & I don’t recommended.

I come here often and love getting my eyebrows tinted. However, my last experience my therapist didn’t understand me very well, and also had bad breath and smelled of cigarettes which makes the experience unpleasant when they are in your face. Other than that, I would and do recommend this place to people. Just will stay clear of that therapist next time and stick with the two ladies I’ve deal with before who do an amazing job.
