The service is shocking apart from being slow and they dont seem to like women.I could not get service that kept me waiting for a long time while this bold man was happy to talk to two men then the young boy came to help me but did not know what to do. So I got upset and the bold guy came. He decided to give me a refund instead of help me to get the right hose for the toilet that they got wrong for me

Desperate attempts at trying to stop a refund by Prakash at Reece Rockdale, saw him lie to a fellow staff member following up on a complaint that was made regarding thier return policy. A receipt was presented with the item in the origianl bag, though the header card was missing. Despite all this, and never even looking at the product, was told he wouldn't do the refund. Upon putting in a complaint, things were going OK, up until he lied and said a screw was missing from the packet. Pathetic behaviour, I'd prefer to deal with Bunnings over Reece again.
