why are staff(s) here so proud and ill-mannered. we are here for your assistance and services, we are not criminals or neither are we here to get a quick deal out of you. i understand you guys are not Starbucks or McDonald’s and dealing with money can be serious at times, but you people who still hold jobs and have businesses still running should be thankful and appreciative, especially being able to be in or live in Australia; such wonderful place, even at times like this. i really like Australia but this experience is just horrible, really disgusted and annoyed. i hate to be having to show and write any emotions out publicly but i guess I’m just unlucky to be there at the wrong place and wrong time. i hope tomorrow will be a better day for everyone. love people, because we don’t last forever~Also, what’s with the dodgy reviews in here, they all have similar usernames...
