They have been amazing all the way through my claim from start to finish and always supported me in everything I needed. Karina for our CTP claim and Anna for the Workers compensation claim they have supported us at the most horrific and stressful point in our lives post my car accident. They succeeding in achieving a great result for the family and I and we will be eternally grateful to them all including Patrice and Rene their assistants whom answered many of our calls and to their Receptionist who is always so happy and caring on the phone when we have called and to Karina especially who has gone above and beyond her role in supporting us just showing your care and compassion. I engaged Stacks Goudkamp to help me with a Motor Vehicle Accident claim. Karina Goodall handled my claim. In the initial meeting the claims process was clearly outlined for me.The support during the long claims process was wonderful. Any questions that I had were answered in a prompt and clear manner. Karina assisted with the vehicle comprehensive insurance claim as well as with the Compulsory Third-Party claim. I would highly recommend Karina Goodall and Ellyn Stewart from Stacks Goudkamp. Having suffered significant medical issues over many years It was suggested I should explore a TPD claim. I initially met with Karina to discuss my situation and was immediately impressed with her knowledge and positive outlook.
