My wife and I just purchased a property through Jason and I can honestly say Jason is one of the nicest real estate agents I've come across, he is not pushy, he is very relaxed about the whole scenario but professional all at the same time I would recommend him to anybody looking to buy or sell a property. If we decide to sell in the future Jason will be our first call. Can't thank you enough mate the whole experience was fantastic.

Very efficient team and great communication with quick responses from everyone from phone calls to emails. All house maintenance was handled almost straight away, all around happy with the service and my property manager Sheryl Hay was very down to earth and empathetic with everything. I’m sad to go but thank you so much for all of your help and support, wish there were more property managers like you!

Recently moved into my first rental ever and it was advertised by Stone Realty in Shailer Park. I have had such a wonderful experience communicating with all the staff at the Shailer Park branch, in particular, Irene, Jamanda and Lis. They have help me through any issues that might arise and have always been kind and helpful even when things went south for myself. I would 100% recommend anyone who is looking at a property managed by this real estate.

My housemate and I had the most amazing experience while house hunting and settling on our new home with Stone Real Estate. Particularly Ms. Sheryl Hay, who handled our move into the property intially. Sheryl was quick to respond, considerate about our answering our questions and accommodating our requests. She was also so patient in helping us navigate the specifics of the move. When she met with us to sign our lease, she spent a good amount of time getting to know us, which instantly made us feel safe and comfortable. At Stone, we are handled by 6 different agents and while this can be daunting, with Stone, it has been the most pleasant experience as every agent is as good with handling our concerns as the next and each person is adept at their specific department. Matters that need property owner approval are dealt with quickly and efficiently and since we have moved in our experience has been nothing but positive! We look forward to a long lasting relationship with Stone Real Estate.

We are very happy with the personalized and professional services Sheryl Hay provided to us as a property manager. Since we live faraway, Sheryl supported us and taken care of the property after the construction, communicate both with us and the construction company, inspected the property for faults and followed up in rectifying the faults. Sheryl organized to collect the key from the construction company and looked after the property. We never faced a communication problem and in fact quite comfortable and pleased. Sheryl found a tenant in shortest time possible. We are happy to recommend Sheryl if anyone is looking for a property manager.

Would highly recommend going through anyone else based on one agent that works here. My experience is coming from a vindictive agent, unprofessional agent who released my personal info and had no outcome after my formal complaint (Lynda.C)After agent breaking a 1 year lease (non livability, terminates) we had to fork out all expenses with no help from agent or owner.If tenants break lease then we have to pay until house is leased again but nope nothing for us as tenants.Also had a false 000 call made against us with proof showing no reason to have made that call.Definitely would go anywhere else but Stone Real Estate.*EDIT*To the response I received, I have emailed numerous times regarding my complaint to no avail. I emailed again this morning before I finally take this matter further with the proof I have and the information I’ve received from tenantsqld and RTA.
