Millers Strata Maintenance

Same issue as a number of reviews - the maintenance people hired by this company inconsiderately blocked my driveway for a substantial period of time. When asked to move, the guy had a go at me, as if I was in the wrong! I pointed out that there were numerous alternative parking options around, and he proceeded to yell at me and told me I should just wait. I tried to contact the business about this numerous times over the past few days, to no avail. Clearly careless, unprofessional and inconsiderate people.

I haven't been able to completely rely on a strata team for 10+ years. That is until I came across the Miller's team. They truly care about what you need and go above and beyond to make sure all our requests are carried out promptly and to a high level.Great communication & all the staff (cleaners and gardeners) I have met are very friendly, upbeat and professional.Highly recommend.

We use miller’s for our regular cleaning at our building and recently had them come in and do some one off gardening and pressure cleaning work. Always a pleasure to deal with and our building is looking great. Would highly recommend

Seen blocking the road for several minutes waiting for someone to leave. Nobody was leaving. When gently told to not block the road and use the free carpark 20 metres behind him instead, driver told me, another road user, to mind (my) own business" and threatened to come out and "knock me out"

I don't normally write reviews unless its stellar service going above and beyond, and thats exactly what the staff at Miller's Strata Maintenance have done.Nothing but professionalism from your team especially during Covid-19 times.They have ALWAYS adhered to health and safety protocol when around the building and the residents.The building I am in is maintained by your company. Your staff and their service and assistance is well beyond the call of duty, they have ensured the property remains thoroughly cleaned and exceptionally maintained, they have even assisted some of the elderly residents at times with odd jobs here and there.Not enough credit is given to these guys especially in the middle of a pandemic.Thank you to your team and yourself for maintaining a high quality of workmanship in the tasks that you do.Please ensure your team gets to read this review as I don't believe enough thanks is given in your field of work.

As mentioned in an earlier review driving a company car does bring attention to your behaviour. There was a dead rat sitting right on the foot path of a popular public place in Sydney. People were walking past it horrified by the sight of it.As I was watching, a car with Millers Maintainence pulled up into a parking spot right next to it. Even though it wasn't his job, the man in the car got out and used a dust pan to pick it up and pop it in the bin. He then put his tools back in the car continued to walk on down the road to do his thing.It was refreshing to see someone be so community minded in this world of the individual with the attitude that's not my problem". Thankyou to that man

A guy showed up today and decided to park his company car under the NO PARKING sign, when I told him he would be towed he moved his car one metre up the driveway and he is currently BLOCKING ALL CARS from coming in and out of the garages, the people that work for this company are inconsiderate, rude and also super lazy, the cleaning is way below what you'd expect of a professional company, possibly the worst maintenance company ive ever come across!! BEWARE!! I
