disgusting...I asked how long egg and bacon Turkish roll had been in.baymarieI was told it was fresh .just put in there...I stated I wanted a soft egg...I open the bag to find a wet soggy roll that I couldn't cutavery hard rubbery egg..and hard bacon...I don't like being lied too..if she had said it had been inthere a while or even offered to cook a fresh one..

Expensive compared to the other servo's up there but the defence petrol vehicle's fuel up there so I guess it doesn't matter, although I wouldn't have thought that'd make up a huge amount of the business, the staff were nice.

Service was good. Coffee from the machine was terrible. Not sure why, I have had coffee there before and it was ok. Hint, try coffee at the cafe, if it's open.

Generally very clean, fast service,good car wash. Petroleum prices are ok most of the time. Can be a bit more pricey than the other service stations.

A huge debt of gratitude to the amazing chef at Caltex Heathcote cafe. And the kindness and caring of a stranger (Cody). Our son had a seizure at the service station yesterday afternoon. Being on my own with him, near the restroom area, I called for help. Chris the chef came, having previously been a carer, he knew what to do. Chris was able to call the next customer who entered the building (Cody). Together they made my son safe, cared for him until he regained consciousness, and even helped me take him to my car. Thank you so much, Chris and Cody. You are lifesavers. Wonderful people in this world of ours. Jennafer
