I bought an outdoor bbq and a few accessories from here, went back a month later to buy more accessories and the sales man said can’t get the parts, when I queried it he than said they don’t make them. I showed him a picture in his website and then he said you should buy it off the internet i couldn’t be bothered ordering it in. Happy to take your money for the big purchases but after sales service is less than 1 star. Never again.

Joe's stock some great quality products, my Crossray BBQ kitchen is fantastic. Sales team know their stuff.There was a problem with a missing item and wrong size BBQ cover, but the guys there have exceptional customer service and fixed it really quick via courier, well done.The service was so good I just ordered more stuff from Joe's!

I rate these blokes really highly - excellent delivery times for online orders and really good follow up from the sales and dispatch people. My experience across 3 orders now has been outstanding.

Fastest delivery ever experienced. Ordered like 10pm at night and it arrived the following afternoon! I was not expecting the parcel to arrive so quickly, especially during these covid times. Oh and it was free delivery!!! Thanks guys, great service.

The store from the outside doesn't look so good but lots of stock inside and worth a look. Do look at prices online and the price of items instore when paying as I found a things to be priced different, store resolved this issue for purchase.The staff don't have great knowledge on items, would be good if they tried to gain more information to help customers.

Got a good price and free delivery on time as expected.

Place order for BBQ in early January and advised it would arrive early March which I accepted - received order late April six plus weeks over original time frame. After receiving my Order which was for a Natural Gas BBQ - received the Natural Gas Hose and Regulator hooked all together and then find out incorrect Jets fitted to the BBQ 1.05 instead of 1.75. Pretty disappointed after spending over $4K to then have to get additional work by Gas Plumber to correct the BBQ.

The store looks like a bomb went off! Staff couldn't find stock and said to go to Bunnings but after spending a few min looking myself I found the product. No sales technique, wasn't asked about any accessories I may need/want. I only went to here because they had stock of the BBQ I wanted.Reply to the team at Joe's.Thanks for reading and replying. It shows someone there does care about your customers. Updated to 3 stars. Will update again after my next visit.Stock management can be hard but use it to your advantage and make bulk stacks and Isles out of it all. Stacking it so customers and staff can't get to stock is just hurting sales.Ok, now 5 stars. Well done on arranging the store to look much better. I can now actually find and get to things.
