Delicious pork banh mi! Super fresh and packed with pork and crackle. Vietnamese hot coffee is nice and sweet, perfect for a cold winters day. The staff are super friendly. Highly recommend!

Koonang Hot Bread serve absolutely awesome Pork Rolls! They are very well made and generous with the Pork the staff are lovely and always seem to be in a good mood! The Vietnamese Ice Coffee on the other hand was not very good at all it just seemed to be a normal Iced Coffee made with Milk and Ice, by the time I was half way through it I could only taste the water from the ice, I definitely recommend getting a Pork Roll but I will never get a Vietnamese Ice Coffee from Koonang Hot Bread again.

Excellent tofu bánh mì! Generous serving of tofu, fresh and tasty Vietnamese style salad, tasty sauces, and a fresh/crispy tiger roll! The staff are also lovely! Highly recommend.

Lovely staff always friendly - Love the white sourdough loaf great price always delicious! If you go first thing in the morning it’s still warm! Also if you like cheeky snack they have great cinnamon doughnuts at the counter.

The lady who served me was really polite.However, it has to be in my experience the worst banh mi I’ve had. The chicken had a raw smell and taste, everything was cold, extremely dry and the portion for salad and meat was extremely little. Definitely not worth $8.50.

Delicious banh mi for the price you pay. They’ve got a wide selection of pies, cakes, biscuits and other bakeries for you to try. Not only that. They even have bags of crispy prawn chips that you can buy and snack on as well!The banh mi price ranges from $6.5 to $7.5 depending on what choice you select.

No good for buying fresh bread unless you have all day. Cos from very early morning in particular and all day as well ? People ordering so many made up fresh rolls that it's almost impossible buy any bread.
