Didnt quite have what I wanted and didnt know what I was talking about.A bit disappointed.All I wanted was stretch cotton for sewing underwear.Service was wonderful for what I did buy.Lady that served second time was lovely.

This store has a really great range, and their prices seem slightly cheaper than Spotlight, but their service really lacks. They are understaffed, quite often the staff don't know what they're doing, and there is usually a long queue of people being served by only one person at a counter that has space for two assistants.Also last time I was in there, their computer system went down, which wasn't their fault but they apparently didn't have a process in place to deal with this and were left floundering saying they'd have to check with management, who were nowhere to be seen. It left, again, a long queue of people at the counter, most of whom were very unhappy.

Store is set up well and things relatively easy to find. One staff member wasn't very helpful but found another who was.

Not a lot of help and hard to get served. Stood in line with my purchase for 10 minutes. I was the only person in the line and watched other customers join the line and then proceed to get served before me. I WALKED OUT AND WONT go back unless im in direstraits no longer want to be a.member.It wasn't the first time I've had bad service in the Bakers Hill Store

There is a lady in there with dark hair, maybe some piercings and dreads? She is a goddess on earth, I'm sure of it.

They haven't put up my review of the knitting machine. It was a negative review. I'll go to spotlight from now on which is a shame because the staff are helpful and friendly and know their products.
