Garden Street Occasional Childcare

Mia and the team have been wonderful. Our baby daughter enjoys her time at the centre and we've found all of the staff to be friendly, caring and responsive.

My 2 year old son has been going here for the past 15 months and he absolutely loves his days here. He's made friends with staff and other kids, whom he speaks of excitedly before he goes and after he comes home. My partner and I have valued the consistency of the staff, the caring and supportive role that they've played in this crucial time of our son's life. Knowing that he was happy and in a safe environment really made it much easier handing him over in the mornings! Highly recommend and just wish that we could be keeping our son enrolled for longer :)

Such a caring and stimulating environment. The structured activities are really well thought out, the there are lots of quality toys and a sandpit etc for the unstructured play. The educators also go above and beyond, which was important for us as my daughter was still struggling with maintaining her weight when she started here as a crawler. We love it. Highly recommended.

Y 3 kids have come to this Center, and we absolutely love them! They always keep their activities fun and entertaining. The best nurturing environment, it was like a second home to my kids. They were always looking forward to their session and love to bits the educators!

My daughter has been going here for 3 months now and she loves it. She squeals with joy every time I drop her off, which she doesn't do with other centre she goes to. I knew it was the right place since we set our foot in here for the first time, when we came to have a look. Mia and all the educators here are always so warm, welcoming and genuine. The amount and variety of toys and books are perfect for all ages. They always do fun art or craft activities for kids no matter how busy they may be. The indoor and outdoor space are nicely laid out and always tidy and clean. They take infection control and Covid safety practices seriously, and my daughter learnt to love hand washing thanks to them, which I really appreciate. They offer shorter days only which was perfect for my 1 year old to get started with. Highly recommend it!

Garden Street Occasional Childcare is Brunswick's best kept secret. We were referred by friends who had sent three of their children to the childcare. We have now sent our two children to this childcare and the entire team has provided the most welcoming, safe, caring and kind space that we could ever have wished for our children to go to. There are not enough words to describe how amazing you all are. Thank you Garden Street!
