Firstly can I say I was made to feel welcome and greeted professionally upon arriving(refreshing to see)Robert served me, I had taken my watch to another repairer and quoted an eye watering amount to repair my Swiss made movement.Robert was able to inspect the watch on the spot to my surprise.He identified the issue to be a faulty part which he had on hand incredibly.He replaced my seal in addition to cleaning and polishing the Watch to almost brand new for a fraction of the other quoted price.The watch is quite expensive and I couldn’t be happier given the service and genuine parts used.Top marks Watch DR express service is unique.

Took my vintage Seiko in for battery replacement. Took over half an hour to complete the job and 6 months later the watch stopped. Took it to a Seiko specialist who showed me that the battery had not been properly installed, the retaining bar not properly secured resulting in loss of contact.My advice, don't go there!

I have had a Seiko watch for a number of years and the battery needed replacing again. Just walked in of the street today hoping to get it done this week hopefully but the gentleman behind the counter gave me a price and took care of it right there and then. When he came back he mentioned that the last guy has used the inappropriate battery and he has installed the correct one this time. I must say I was really happy with the service knowing that I had my car downstairs parked in a half hour parking and this only took 10 minutes. I’ll be going back again.

Great experience. I sent my 1990s vintage Gucci watch for repairs and for it to be re gold plated. Amazing quality of work, very happy that my timepiece will continue to last for years to come :)
