Shopping experience was fine..... that was until I got all the way home and realised that the shop assistant hadn't taken off all the security tags. When I called, she said 'oh sorry' but just said I would have to come back in, not sympathetically. My husband did the return and she pretty much said it wasn't her fault as the dress had two tags, once again not sympathetically.

Really rude customer experience. I came in there with a top and I was looking to buy something similar. The sales assistant immediately said “that’s not from here” and I was like yes I know it’s not, it’s just I was wondering if you had anything similar as I’m looking to buy lots of different colours.I ended walking out as I was so embarrassed by her rude behaviour. I will never shop here again

Had a wonderful experience from dotti today, she gave me a variety of suggestions and checked in with sizes. I've been there a few times, very happy with service, highly recommend!
