I stay in Sydney quite a bit, usually the CBD. But needed to stay at St Leonards this time. Room 410A was absolutely fantastic. Extremely spacious, immaculately clean, very quiet. Great value for money. CBD accommodation should take a leaf from the Quest book.

Stayed here as my husband had a specialist appointment. Service was very welcoming. Room spacious and clean. We were central to everything we needed and in walking distance. Rooms had cooking facilities if needed. Would recommend this accommodation and we will be staying again. Only disappointment was, towels are very thin.

Fantastic service. We arrived in the morning, hours before check-in time, not expecting to be able to get our room yet; but they moved things around and let us check in! The room was wonderful. Definitely a high end experience. Regular check-out is at 10am but they immediately offered later check-out at noon. Very short drive from Circular Quay. Not a bad walk to the bridge. Great area.

Edit: Staff were quick to respond to me and were helpful in resolving the noise issue.Loudest hotel I've ever stayed in. Constant thumping and banging at all hours of the night. I'm here for the following week for work and really hoping I can cancel for other accommodation.Rooms otherwise okay, staff efficient.

Overpriced for a shoebox (clean and tidy hence the 2 stars) with no food options (don’t both downloading the app, it’s useless and no info in room).A nice coffee plunger but what’s the point even when I am here for 5 days there is no no coffee and they store their crockery on the closet?!?! How is that hygienic???Stay in the CBD or just over the bridge for way better value and actually get a restaurant and or room service.

Sometimes my husband and I like to treat myself to a nice stay at a hotel in Sydney following a stressful week at work. The receptionist Jess was so kind and helpful, all our marital problems disappeared!

When a hotel experience is perfect there isn't much to say. That's the situation here. Never any issues. Very well equipped rooms, clean, a yes to every request. Excellent location 2 minutes from train station and supermarket. Very pet-friendly. Could not recommend it more.

I had to go to hospital and the staff at the Quest were just fabulous. I could walk to medical appointments, hairdresser, Coles and cafe downstairs. The staff (Ben the Manager) so kind and very helpful during my time of recovery. A+ would stay again and recommend to family and friends

Stayed after a long haul flight (8 December) with partner and 1 year old. Staff were fantastic, room was spacious, clean, comfortable and loved the ability to cast to the TV from our phones.Shower was good and the ceiling to floor windows in our room was lovely.Close to shops and other amenities. Had food delivered and they were able to come up to our room which was handy.Next time will stay for longer and boo ahead!
