Don’t buy with this company. I arrived 2 minutes later to the bus station because I took the wrong bus station (they don’t write a clear location of the place) and the bus, without 3 people, gone. They don’t wait nothing. I know that they can’t wait 10 minutes, but 5… so bad. I booked with other companies and if someone is not there, they wait at least 5 minutes or call to the people.Also, I called and they didn’t refund nothing of my money and they didn’t give me any solution. I have a company and you have to give solutions to the costumers if they have any problem. With more reason when you didn’t write a clear location in the ticket.THE WORST EXPERIENCE!

The location is confusing. There is no office here and no staff to ask questions. Make sure you arrive in the back of the building which is the parking area. The departure time was at 10am but it’s late 15mins. The driver was nice and bus was comfortable.

Excellent serviceWe were party of 4 traveled from Sydney Airport to Bega NSW return trip. one of our group is a wheelchair user the care and attention we received was excellent.. Would recommend this company.

Cheapest car company for the east coast. But Find a bus stop is sometimes hard... no indication, no sticker, and the adress can be really approximative.For example, I walk 2km (with 20kg backpack) on golden four drive street in Bilinga.. I practically failed it... in found on an other website more indication for the street that was crossing.. and I was sure only because a saw the bus arriving just on time to the bus stop..Greyhound seems to have more indication...

On two seperate occasions this month these busses have been COVERED in BED BUGS. They have explained that the same bus was tested and nothing was found. This is a pack of lies. The same bus have infected myself and more than 40+ other people. I currently lie in a hostel that thankfully has not kicked me out for being covered in bed bugs because of this disposable company

I had a terrible experience with Premier Motor Services. I will NEVER book through them again. I would highly advise other travelers to buy your bus tickets anywhere else.I was a foreigner traveling through Australia and bought a bus ticket one evening for the next morning, but their website gave me all sorts of error messages, including that they couldn't email me a ticket, and that I needed to call them to get it or it would be cancelled. However, my bus was the next morning before business hours, so it was impossible to get in touch with them. The ticket was not cancelled, and I was fraudulently charged even though they didn't provide me a ticket. They refused to give me my money back. I went to my credit card and disputed the charge. PMS fought my dispute every step of the way. The charge was eventually dropped, but through no help of Premier Motor Services. It took 6 months to get the charge dropped from my credit card.

Cancelled our without communicating this to us, we were only notified 3 hour after initially questioning where the bus was - to be told that it had been cancelled. We were left stranded in Airlie Beach with no alternative transport and no accomodation. The following day we were also told there was no bus, only to discover after having paid for another service that there was one running. This incompetence wasted over 6 hours of our time wondering what was going on, we had to cancel parts of our holiday and absolutely no compensation was offered. Do not use this company.
