From the very first initial contact, to quoting and installation, everyone of the team members were fantastic and very professional to work with.We installed a new ducted reverse cycle system, the quote they provided was by far the most competitive. They always arrived on time for the quoting and installation appointments, very courteous to deal with, communication was always excellent keeping us well informed of what was happening (particularly on installation day), the quality of the installation job was top notch and Eddie was always very patient when I've asked him a thousand technical questions. Peter came our today (managed to fit us in early!) to assist with some leaking units. Peter was friendly, helpful and professional and fixed our issue right up! He was very tidy and left everything beautifully clean. The price was more than fair! We were thrilled with the whole experience and Paige at admin was lovely also. Highly recommend and will be adding to our list of trusted trades!

AC Brisbane Pty Ltd serviced my ducted AC system today in a prompt and efficient manner. They were courteous and professional, definitely booking them every year from now on to service my AC unit. They found the original installer did a shoddy job (surprise, surprise) so had to rectify this matter to ensure the tray does not overflow in the future, to ensure it drains properly. Original installer would never return my calls over the last 3.5 years, so glad I found AC Brisbane Pty Ltd!! Thank You Peter and Thank You Paige.
