Wanted the full payment up front because she said she had previously had people not pay for her services. I wouldn’t normally pay someone up front but after her explanation I felt sorry for her and paid $900 for bond clean and carpet clean. She said there was a 6 day call back guarantee.Easy to make a call back guarantee if you don’t intend to follow through. We spent half a day cleaning what she didn’t clean. An example of what I’m talking about… behind doors, left blinds up rather than clean them, fan blades and light fittings not clean. It was disappointing to say the least.

Do not use Jimboomba cleaning services an absolutely disgusting job then has blocked us now as not wanting to fix it.Has not cleaned any cupboards above eye level, not behind any toilets, no flyscreens, no blinds, showers, kitchen was atrocious. Our realestate has said the house needs to have a full bond clean done after paying a fortune to already have one.

Very disappointed, paid $850 for a bond clean, had to call her back multiple times to go over the clean again as top of cupboards kept getting missed, cob webs, tracks not done, blinds not even touched, marks still on floors, I have over 50 photos of things she has missed. Her bond cleans do not include ceilings or fly screens as I found out after I paid and complained. In the end she ended up blocking me so I could not contact her anymore…
