Sunbrite Aluminium Windows

The WORST EXPERIENCE THAT I HAVE EVER HAD!!! BASIC STEEL SUPPLIES AT LONSDALE HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I ordered a shed with a sliding door and window to be powder coated teal green. I PAID over $1,000 on the 7th November 2012 and was promised my studio / shed in approx 3-4 weeks...It is now 29th JANUARY 2013...and STILL NO SHED!!!! They didn't even have the decency to phone me and let me know what was going on...they kept promising to ring but NEVER did! They blamed Sunbrite Aluminium doors!!!! Even though they didn't even order the door from Sunbrite until 14th December!!!! that's over 6 weeks since I ordered!! ...and they wonder why I am ROPABLE!!!??? DO NOT SUPPORT BUSINESSES THAT TREAT YOU WITH CONTEMPT AND PROVIDE SHOCKING SERVICE! All it would have taken was a courtesy phone call to keep me informed!!! HOW HARD IS THAT?????? Please Note...QUALITY and APPEAL...can't be completed more accurately, as I still haven't seen what I ordered!
