Deakin: Receptionist with Indian sounding accent has absolutely no idea.. don't bother asking questions. Speak to another member of staff. A simple yes or no question took 15 minutes to answer.5 stars for Belconnen i-Med. Great facilities and helpful staff.

arrived on time but took me in 30 minutes later… had a meeting and my child had to go to school for an important test which she unfortunately missed… management is awful 0/10 would not reccommend

My booking starts 9:15amI arrived at 9:12amWaited till 10:35am still waiting. I saw other people came late and got served.No body will come to me and advise me the next step. What to do till your turn. I am very frustrated and very tired as I have fast for this procedure.The reception very rude and advice next available time will be in June if you cancel this appointment.I gave up and will go to another company.

I am happy with people who assisted me start from the reception area then scan and again to the reception. Receptionist pooja welcomed with a gentle smile and unfortunately my phone was out of charge. She guided me the bus stops and numbers by the moment I am out of the scan. The entire team was very friendly. Thank you to I-Med Radialogy Deakin center and this center deserves all 5 out 5. I will visit them once again if needed. I am unhappy with the tuggeranong center though.

Reception staff were pleasant, nice and friendly. Ultrasound operator was stand offish and wouldn't talk about what was being scanned and did not let me look at the ultrasound screen. It's my body in a compromised position and talking through what is being done and answering questions would make the experience more positive.
