They’re a bit more expensive but they always do a good job and i would rather pay more for good service than pay less for bad service. I have never had a bad experience and Chi is such an amazing nail artist! They always double check with their clients making sure they do exactly what we like <3

I am visiting from out of town and got my nails done at a salon this morning and the technician didn’t even clean under my nails. Professional was recommended and didn’t fail to deliver! Kylie did my pedicure and did a beautiful job. The instruments were sterile and that’s always a concern at some places! Kylie also offered to clean under my nails - fixing them botched job from the other place this morning. Thank God she also spoke excellent English which seems rare in this profession and makes the whole experience of . She was friendly and cheerful and gave a great leg massage. Do yourself a favour and choose this place.

It is very rushed service. They are not nice and don’t take care about the quality. Get disappointed with the outcome of my hand and foot treatment -have already given them my feedback but there has been no change.

First time I went a few months ago the ladies were lovely However yesterday I was overcharged and the ladies weren't very nice either. I asked to have a manicure with my SNS taken off, I left with still parts of the SNS on my nail and they looked gross, ended up going home and painting them myself.

I was there yesterday but very disappointed of the customer service.I had just a nail polish and was half gone after couple of hours.I just message tham to let tham know but thay been so rude to me thay say to me that because I has something to eat before the treatment that's way my nail did not turn good.I mean Helooo.I spend 3 hours there cos thay did the wrong colour on my toes and afcorse I was hungry Now thay telling me to go back and have my nils done and no money returned.After all this thay really think I will go there again?Never

This was my first experience at this nail salon I walked past and saw the sign of $35 acrylic with colour at the front of the store I went in and asked if they had any availability and stated that I wanted to get the $35 acrylic with colour they said yes and sat me down, I feel like it was very rushed but I wasn’t bothered as It was only $35 and the ladies were nice so I didn’t complain I then got to the counter to pay and they said it was $55 I said on the sign it says $35 they said no $55 cause they done shellac and I said “ I didn’t ask for shellac” I was upset but proceeded to get the extra money out and left. Won’t be going back
