Went into the store with a client, we had Ashley assist us. What an amazing young lady, the time and patience Ashley had with my client was outstanding. Not only was Ashley assisting us but helping fellow colleagues while our phone was downloading. Can't believe this young lady is still a casual with her knowledge and expertise. A true asset to your company.

Hannah was absolutely fantastic! She knew exactly what we needed and she was quick and efficient at getting things done, she explained everything thoroughly so we understood how things worked.I will highly recommend Hannah to everyone I know.

Went there at 12pm, got told it wont be long!, ended up waiting an our for my turn!When it was my turn i forgot my id and so i went and brought it in which took 5mins, thought that i was gonna be instantly serviced as i have been waiting an our prior but no! They had served someone else! Waited another 30mins, 2 of the employees were free but had choice to take care of other people that came way after me! Still waited for the person who originally was helping me out. Another customer then walked in and he helped her instead of me while i have been waiting for 1 an hour and a half now! I asked the service person how long its gonna be as i have to go to work soon and she said that i properly need to book an appointment cuz i wont have time????Really disappointing!

Liam by far had the best customer service I have ever experienced, such a kind friendly guy and made the whole process quick and simple when adding data to my device. It was customer service you cannot teach and his boss should be really happy with the way he goes about his job. Outstanding, thanks for your help today Liam. 5/5 stars.

I complained becausea lady barged in front of me and I did say something but they didn't seem interested only what I was there for. I think you need to bring in a system with numbers, to issue everyone with one, so that we all have our turn. Not best in or best serve first. My mannerisms sounded quite rude , but I did apologise to the staff. Service customer has gone out the door.

Didn't have an appointment. Worth the wait. Very friendly and helpful staff. I was told at another store that I had to pay $300 to get prepaid access, but I don't use my phone much and wanted a lite plan. Lakota fixed this for me by changing the plan that came with the phone when I bought it and I then did a recharge at Coles. I left a happy customer

Was going to upgrade my phone and plan but wait time was going to be 1-1.5 hours to be seen, yet 4 team members were standing around the desk. I didn't have the time to wait around that long then add the time that it would have taken. Shame that they are only open until 1 on a Saturday now.
