Best&Less Raymond Terrace

Got in and got out. Had what I needed. But the style in clothes is not as good as it used to. Staff were nice and friendly

I am so mortified by my experience at the store today, I was with sisters and we had a trolly from big w, we went in to buy our young kids some winter clothes as we love the store and spend lots of money there,We walked in and within 20 minutes we heard the staff say “camera check section 5” as we looked up the staff were staring at us we thought that is weird,As we went on to shop we had a staff member following closely around, we just felt uncomfortable to shop, then as we were checking out we were treated rudely and were watched by all the staff in the store, then we’re asked to have our bags searched,I spent $200 at the store alone today, not to mention all the other times I spend that amount. I feel extremely mistreated. I understand coming into a store with other bags and having them looked in but the treatment that came with it was appalling,The staff need to have a long hard think about how they treat there honest customers. I will not be spending a single cent at the store ever again.And it’s 0 stars.

Best & less raymond terrace is a great little store - saves a trip to bigger stores in Maitland & Newcastle - you can usually get good parking as well

I took my grand daughter to get a few items. It's was loom grandma look. She loved everything & the quality in comparison to other stores was excellent. I didnt mind spending the money what so ever. Check it out for your self you'll be happy you did.

I did a click and collect for heaps of sale items and the process was easy and quick.Staff are friendly and helpful.The store is always in order.Clothing have been good quality for the price also.
